CleanCard.ch is a flexible, gift-card style system for booking professional cleaning services. You can purchase a CleanCard and redeem it for any of our cleaning services, including sofa cleaning, window cleaning, move-out cleaning, and more.

Each CleanCard is valid for 365 calendar days from the date of purchase. After one year, the card will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

CleanCards are non-refundable in cash. However, you can request a refund within the first 3 months if you haven't used the card. After the grace period, the card can only be redeemed for cleaning services.

Yes, you can transfer your CleanCard to someone else. However, please note that the expiration date and validity period will not be extended upon transfer.

To redeem your CleanCard, simply log in to your account on CleanCard.ch and book the cleaning service you’d like. The amount on your card will be deducted accordingly.

Your CleanCard can be used for any of our cleaning services, including:

  • Sofa cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Move-out cleaning
  • Apartment fresh-up
  • Mattress cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Disinfection services, and more.

You can purchase a CleanCard directly on our website, CleanCard.ch. Choose the card value and service package that suits you, complete your purchase, and you’ll receive your card via email or post.

Yes, you can use your CleanCard for multiple services, as long as it is within the validity period. The card balance will be reduced each time you redeem it for a service.

CleanCards cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. However, we may occasionally offer special deals that you can use to add extra value to your CleanCard.

If you do not use your CleanCard within the 365-day validity period, the card will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Yes, CleanCards are transferable, and you can purchase them as a gift for someone else. The recipient can redeem the card for any cleaning services we offer.

Yes, you need to create an account on CleanCard.ch to purchase, redeem, and track the usage of your card.

You can check your CleanCard balance by logging into your account on CleanCard.ch. The current balance and usage history will be visible in your dashboard.

Currently, CleanCard.ch is available only for customers in Switzerland. However, we are working on expanding our services to other countries in the future.

Yes, you can schedule a cleaning service for a future date using your CleanCard. Simply choose the date and time that works best for you when booking the service.

You can top-up your CleanCard in two simple ways:

  1. Top-Up via Your Account:
    • Log in to your CleanCard.ch account and add funds directly to your card. You can select the amount you wish to load, and the balance will be updated immediately.
  2. Manual Bank Transfer:
    • If you prefer, you can transfer funds to our company account by using your CleanCard number as the reference. Once we receive the payment, we will load the funds onto your CleanCard.
    • You will receive a confirmation of your top-up via email or SMS once the funds have been successfully added to your card.

Please note that it may take a few business hours for the manual bank transfer to be processed.
