CleanCard is Switzerland’s first prepaid card exclusively for cleaning services. It allows you to conveniently pay for cleaning without cash or contracts. The card is rechargeable, transferable, and giftable.

You can use CleanCard with our partner cleaning companies in Zurich, Zug, Aargau, and Lucerne. Simply present your card as a payment method when booking or paying for cleaning services with a partner provider. More cities and service providers will be added soon.

Your CleanCard is valid for Life time from the date of purchase or recharge but expire if not used to one year. Any unused balance will expire after this period.

Yes. CleanCard is fully rechargeable. You can top it up anytime online or at authorized partners.

Absolutely. If you don’t need it, you can gift it to anyone or transfer it—making it a perfect present for family, friends, or employees.

No. Since CleanCard is a prepaid service card, refunds and returns are not possible. However, you always have the option to transfer or gift your card.

Currently, the Basic and Comfort packages are only available in Zurich. If you are in Zug, Aargau, or Lucerne, you can still use CleanCard with partner cleaning services, but these packages are not offered outside Zurich at the moment.
