You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to promptly update it when changes occur.

4. Purchase and Use of Clean Card

• Validity of Clean Card: Clean Cards are valid for 365 calendar days from the purchase date.
• No Refunds: Clean Cards are non-refundable, except within the 3-month grace period specified in our refund policy.
• Transferability: Clean Cards are transferable, and the validity period does not change with transfer.
• Use: Only valid for services offered by Clean Card.ch and cannot be converted into cash or other values.

5. Payment and Pricing

• Payment: Payments are processed through third-party payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Pricing: Prices are in CHF, including VAT. Prices may change.

6. Services and Execution

After purchasing your Clean Card, you can redeem it for cleaning services on our website. Clean Card.ch is not responsible for delays or failures that are outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, service provider issues).

You agree to refrain from the following:
